One of my ultimate songwriting heroes gone. I can't express how much I was (and still am) influenced by JD Souther as a singer songwriter. I've often said that when it's time for me to go, I'd want to have the sound of JDs voice in my ear. He sang like Gram Parsons only with perfect pitch. Too many songs to express a favorite, but this one always give me the chicken skin.

RIP JD Souther. You were a giant in my world and more people should know of your influence on some of the greatest music created in the 1970s and on.

Turquoise Star Entertainment did live sound for the Ramble On Bros, and we recorded the show with Mark Cretcher overseeing the recording while I did the FOH. This is the first release from that live show. More to come!!! These guys are an awesome Dead tribute band. We will be doing their audio again on July 28th at the Cincinnati Nature Center. Show ill probably sell out so get yer tickets ASAP.

We will be back out at Carriage House Farm this evening to do sound for the fabulous Comet Bluegrass All-Stars tonight from 7-9. Come out and say hi, and enjoy some really good music!

Carriage House Farm has been family owned since 1855. We are a one stop shop for local food, outdoor dining, and event space rental.
