It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which means pink ribbons are everywhere. 💗 But there's a part of the breast cancer conversation we don't talk about enough: what happens after treatment. “Are you okay now? The cancer's gone.” I know people mean well. But being cancer-free doesn't mean the fear disappears, the physical aftermath ends, or you suddenly stop carrying the weight of what you've been through. The cancer might be gone. The worry that it could come back doesn't just disappear with it.
