Custom Designed wraps for the 2019 Festival of Faiths at the Kentucky Center for the Arts. KCA is under construction from a rooftop fire incident. Wraps are designed with FOF Branding, current color palette and images centered around the festival theme, as well as a small directory by the door.

I updated the soundbed, recolored the footage, edited movement, and added the "original before" clip after. Headphones on for better sound.

Notes:
1. Pay attention to what she does to make her shield spell appear (hint: watch her thumb, also it's in the sound effects) I had fun with that especially.
2. Color correcting, and highlighting the right areas are super important especially when things are glowing in front of objects. That requires masking certain areas and tracking that so not everything is glowing or highlighted.
3. Each part of the mandalas/sacred geometry are individually spinning (are another composition/pre-composed objects of their own). .

Fun part: Making the sound bed for the video. There's probably 8 sound effects in there, 2 of which I manipulated a bit. (sound effects include wind ambiance, and striking a match stick).

Not fun part:
1. Finding the right look for the mandalas, and their glowing properties.
2. Tracking. Tracking the mandalas to her fists properly at the right angle, then tracking the sparks from her thumb to the mandalas, then making sure that the arm that's masking the mandala in the background is tracked as well.

So this was an interesting project I worked on recently. This was an illustration I made a year or so ago using black and white conte (The model itself is nonexistent, because I used 2-3 images I found on Pinterest and used their features). I took it upon myself to colorize it digitally. So I scanned it, cleaned it up, edited it just a tad, then colorized it all on Photoshop using different brushes on the brush tool.

I found that the human body is vastly fascinating, especially with someone of lighter complexions. I can't remember the number of shades I've used to paint the various colors (browns, whites, pinks, and reds, I've used) that I wanted just from general feel, alone. It certainly was a process, and an adventure in the brain space that I thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite part definitely was the subject's nose; with the undertones, finding highlights and shadows where they fit.

A little 30second snip-it of a recent project I did with Pulsaderm. A testimonial video for the Pulsaderm Sonic Washcloth. I recorded, edited, mixed audio, and created the title bumper animations in between clips.
