Three stops down. Two fundraisers. One mission. 🤠

The Road to the Hoedown has never just been about September 19.

All through August, we showed up for community. We line danced in support of River City Drum Corps.

We hit the course for 2Not1 Fatherhood.

Then we kicked September off at Christy’s Garden with the After Work Kickback.

Two of those stops were fundraisers, and every stop was intentionally free or affordable because access matters.

That’s what we mean when we say: building community one stop at a time.

Now, only two stops remain.

🔥 Sept 18 | Festival Eve Pre-Party
Joe’s Palm Room with Quality Culture

🤠 Sept 19 | Bourbon, Blues & Boots
Shelby County Fairgrounds

Nappy Roots. Mike Clark Jr. Meechie. Brei Carter. Yella P. Prod 1K. DJ Sinsation. Plus Black rodeo, bourbon and wine tastings, car show, trail rides, line dancing, food, family activities and more.

Three stops down. Two to go. Then we ride.

Thank you to everybody who came out and kicked it for 2Not1 Fatherhood. The ones who played, the ones who spectated, the ones who supported, and the crew who made it run. 🖤

Boots on the fairway. Line dancing between holes. A soccer ball where a golf ball ought to be. Woodhaven has never looked like that, and that was the whole point.

Building community one stop at a time.

Next Sunday we sit down at Roots 101. 🤠
