I haven’t posted anything in quite a while so I thought I’d give a quick update of what’s been going on. On March 30 I had a knee replacement. It did not go well. After 4 months of PT and lots of pain, my knee would not bend. I sought a second opinion who discovered the device had been implanted in my knee at an angle. My knee was never going to move. Sooooo… August 6 I had a second surgery (different doctor) to fix the first one. I am starting over. It’s been a long, painful spring and summer. I’m hopeful that fall brings better news. My sole focus is regaining mobility. I have not been able to sit at my work table for more than 30 minutes so I’ve not done any work in months. I’m hoping to get back to the work I love and the walking I love more soon. Thanks for understanding. ❤️
