Gallery space with current calligraphy exhibits, yoga classes and house concert style music venue. Central to Lettersong Gallery, is the notion of combining the visual and the audio sensory experience. My intent is to render calligraphically of sculpturally or both the original lyrics of local musician, and present them in book or under glass form in an exhibit in our gallery. THEN the writers an

d songsters would perform them at an opening. I want to bring the love of letters and the study of ancient scripts to the public. I want to bring inspired local original music to blend written and sung words and enjoy performance art in our gallery. Instruction in both, music and calligraphy will be available.

The annual The Dona O'Sullivan Fund to Fight Homelessness fundraiser is coming up on Monday Sept. 14 at Flanagans Ale House.

This is the easiest fundraiser you’ll ever attend! All you need to do is come and place an order! Flanagan’s — as they have for many years — donates a generous portion of the proceeds to the Fund.

There will be music (and a couple of songs are linked in the comments).

Marty will play during lunch and into the afternoon. Those members of the Hounds who are available (and some of out friends) will join us in the evening. Probably from about 6 until you get tired of listening or we run out of songs (which never happens). There is no cover of course. (And as usual, if you want to play a few songs, we’ll get you up on stage.)
