I can’t figure out what to title these two pieces. I painted them side by side, in a “duo” made, where their lines and colors matched up. And I kept turning the canvases as I went and carried on with it.

They remind me of some 70s art but I’m here for it. Also, 🤫 I added some glow in the dark paint 😛

Been hella busy over here in this tiny room I’ve been unleashing all of the creativity in.
🥸 This piece feels nostalgic for me. I didn’t realize until I was done that it’s the colors of those solo cups from the 90s.. but oh well, what are you gonna do? I like them together still. Simple but a pretty blend. I think the colors work. Comment below if you know which cups I’m talking about! 🤪

Adding some larger pieces to the collection in preparation for 🥳 The art festival is 9/11-9/12 down by the Big Four Bridge here in Louisville! I got accepted as an Emerging Artist into this kickass art festival happening in just under 8 weeks! I’m going to have lots of new canvases on display & for sale.
The festival is held on the waterfront near the Ohio River, right at the base of the Big 4 Bridge. All day Saturday & Sunday. There’s going to be lots of unique artists, food trucks, live music with some awesome local bands, and more.

Tip- if you’re coming into town just for this festival, reach out to me! I have a long, spectacular list of things to do over the weekend, sights to see, places to eat, etc!

I was accepted as an Emerging Artist. I applied last month for a spot at the Big Four Bridge Arts Festival… and I got it 🙈! The jurors picked me. This feels so surreal 😍😭.
This art festival will be held 9/11/21-9/12/21 in Louisville, Kentucky at the Big Four Walking Bridge downtown. Come see me!! 🌺🌺🌺

Second time having a booth to sell my art in person was a success 🥳

Massive strides were made between the first set up and the one I had this past Sunday (seen in these photos). I’m very excited to see how much it’ll grow with the next show!
Next on my agenda: get a banner or a sign!

I’m sad I’m not in my hometown of Louisville today to celebrate, but I’ll be sure to watch those ponies!!! ALSO- I’m going to have a booth set up tomorrow at Defiance Ridge Vineyards! Come out to play for a while and enjoy the wine 😁. I’ll be set up there, selling my art, from 11-4 pm tomorrow on May 2. Hope to see you there!
