360 Dance is an instructional dance studio that provides dance educational opportunities to females and males ages 3 through adult. 360 is located in Eastern Jefferson County just off of I-64 and Blankenbaker Pkwy. Our studio features 4 large dance studios, a huge lobby with viewing windows into the dance rooms, a Snack "Barre", dressing rooms, 360 Party Room and much more!

Our recreational 5–7 year olds are learning the foundations of ballet, from tendus to piqués and all the ballet terminology in between. 🤍 We love watching them learn the language of ballet while building technique, confidence, and of course having a little fun along the way!

Why we show up. Why we work hard. Why we celebrate the wins and stand beside each other through the hard days. Why we cheer just as loudly for someone else as we do for ourselves.

Dance gives us so much more than steps, trophies, or time on a stage. It gives us friendships, confidence, teammates who become family, coaches who believe in us, and a place where we know we belong.

From our littlest dancers to our oldest, we’re learning that being part of a team means supporting one another, lifting each other up, and growing together.

This is our dance family. And THIS is why. 🫶🏼

We know we post about strength + stretch a lot… and you’re going to keep hearing us talk about it because it’s that important. 💪🏼🤍

Every dancer in our studio…from our littlest recreational dancers all the way through our teens and seniors…takes time to properly stretch and warm up before class begins. And every competitive dancer, including our pre-comp teams, participates in weekly conditioning and strengthening classes.

Because dancers are athletes, and training goes far beyond learning choreography. Strength and conditioning help build stability, improve balance and control, increase power and endurance, support proper technique, and most importantly, help prevent injuries.

We want our dancers to grow, improve and push themselves, but we also want to give their bodies the tools they need to do it safely.

Strong dancers. Healthy dancers. Smart training. 🫶🏼
