This poem about the self, by Octavia Butler's "Parable of the Talents," suggests that, by shaping our Self, we also shape "God" - that the individual and the divine hold a mirror for each other. As above so below. By growing in wisdom, love and self-awareness, we sculpt our experience of the infinite.
