Are you ready for an epic adventure? Western Middle School presents She Kills Monsters opens on Wednesday! Get your tickets and share with all of your fellow D&D players.

She Kills Monsters: Young Adventures Edition by Qui Nguyen is a high-octane comedy-drama following cheerleader Agnes Evans as she grapples with the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. After discovering Tilly's Dungeons & Dragons module notebook, Agnes embarks on an action-packed fantasy adventure through the imaginary world that served as her sister's refuge, battling monsters and uncovering the truths about Tilly's life, identity, and inner world. Along the way, Agnes confronts grief, sisterhood, and the courage it takes to truly see and accept the people we love.

This production includes stylized fight choreography and stage combat sequences as our characters travel through multitudes of vast D&D realms. The story also explores themes of grief, loss, and young people navigating questions of identity, belonging, and self-discovery.
