Belinda Kazanci is the founder and creative director of BEL KAZAN, a women’s ready-to-wear brand known for its distinctive prints, effortless silhouettes, and commitment to responsible production. A first-generation Armenian immigrant raised by entrepreneurial parents, she credits her family’s resilience, work ethic, and creativity as the foundation for building her business.
Inspired by a transformative trip to Bali more than 20 years ago, Belinda launched BEL KAZAN and went on to build her own production facility there. Drawing from her family’s textile background, her love of travel, and a passion for storytelling through print and color, she creates collections that celebrate individuality and self-expression.
Today, BEL KAZAN is carried through its flagship store at ROW DTLA, online, by leading retailers including Anthropologie and Rent the Runway, and in boutiques across the country. The brand has been worn by notable figures including Meryl Streep, Sofía Vergara, and Jessica Alba. Belinda remains passionate about entrepreneurship, honoring her Armenian heritage, and inspiring others to pursue bold ideas and build meaningful businesses.
