A drawing of Jane Fonda’s mugshot I made a few years ago. One of my favourites. This piece was part of my series: Walk of Shame.

In 1970 Jane Fonda was arrested on the way home from an anti Vietnam war protest. In her bag were vitamins, which police seized, and then took her to prison for drug smuggling charges. Fonda noted “I told them what the vitamins were, but they said they were getting orders from the Whitehouse”.
