I began to paint the colors I hear with the beach tribal essences I see. Storytelling is an ancient practice and I enjoy learning more about music culture and its histories in order to explore where those sounds will take my own stories of movements in design and color.

I still can’t believe it’s been a month.

Found a planter pot that was holding a plumeria tree, which I planted to represent my family coming together in Maui, the YOU I painted burnt off but not BEAUTIFUL..

The memories… the growth, tears, laughter… moments that I never wanted to end. It’s been nothing but BEAUTIFUL.

My true self developed here and it’s a community I will always deeply cherish. I’m only one story that lost a portion of memories but not all my possessions.

There are thousands out there truly affected. LA please continue to help your neighbors, kindness is what matters most to be able to see the light while in the dark.
