Almost a month into Summer 😍🍑☀️ need to get outside and start working on my tan 😝 Been loving the FIFA games and hot temps! Just not too many days in a row of the temps. Come workout in a temperature controlled gym while the high temps hit southern CA!

2016 before Dance Shape was even a thought I applied to work at the hottest cardio dance fitness studio in LA , . It aligned perfectly as I had been recovering from an injury and needed to get back at it. The owners had just opened up a location in Santa Monica. I worked both the Santa Monica and Redondo Beach location. I loved every second of it! This is the studio in Santa Monica that I launched Dance Shape at 2.5 years later! 😎
