💃🏽3 weeks foundation Heels program by Polina Glen
❤️7 classes = 11 hours of training
🎥Filming professional video solo for each participant in the end of the course

👠 WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Day 1: The foundation basic elements: bevel, posture, walk, body circles
Day 2: Body waves, hips rolls, leans & bends, isolations, balance
Day 3: Foundation heels technique, hair work in heels(whips), hands variations
Day 4: Floor performance - different technique on the floor
Day 5: Beginners Sexy & Slow Choreography based on the learned elements
Day 6: Rehearsing the choreography
Day 7: Filming day - everyone will receive a professional solo video at the end of the course

Day 3: Dance Tricks: Floor Performance, Layouts, Rolls & More
Day 4: Practicing elements in across the floor drills
Day 5: Choreography based on learned technique & elements
Day 6: Rehearsing the Choreography
