DO NOT BOOK WITH VOLARIS. THEY ARE THIEVES WITH CORRUPT POLICY. Let’s talk about the WORST customer service and policy of any airline ever … Volaris. We made the mistake of booking our surfboards ahead of time for the insane price of $280 in fear they would raise that rate higher (Since it’s not written anywhere). Then our heads cleared and we decided to save shlepping our boards with all of our baby’s things and rent there.

When we called to remove the charge for the boards since we decided we’re not taking them, they told us they cannot because of some obscure policy we need to find on the website that says once you add a service you can’t remove it ever at anytime. You can’t cancel your flight either.

This is simply to rip people off. We called a month before our flight and day after we added the service. There is no space reserved. Nothing that costs money on their end. It’s just to scam customers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! USE ANYONE ELSE! I seriously hope they go bankrupt and stop flying. What a horrible experience and we haven’t even left yet! DONT
