The organization closed at the end of the calendar year, effective December 31, 2015, and switched over to a LinkedIn Alumni group starting January 1, 2016. While programs in its last few year were very successful in attendance and received great feedback on the topics, APAOC was unable to sustain the organization due to minimal volunteers, decrease in paid memberships, and financials. Visit the APAOC LinkedIn group for the latest alumni news and information. APAOC's Facebook and Twitter accounts (now named "OC Annual Paper Show") live on through PIASC and will be updated with announcements solely about the Paper Show. All APAOC email subscribers were automatically transferred to the PIASC database and communications will include Paper Show announcements. APAOC and our community will forever be grateful to founder, Gail Monaco, for forming the organization in 1985 and giving our community a way to unite and learn with our peers in the print world.
