VE was invited to collaborate with the talented team at .playground.creative to build a real time IMAG package in for punk rock legends Green Day.

The show unfolded across three acts, with the band performing through their iconic albums Dookie, American Idiot, and Saviors. The stage design featured towering amp walls, oversized inflatable set pieces, and plenty of pyro—creating a high-energy environment to match the scale of the performance.

The Mono Tour is a visually audible journey through K.Flay’s experience of losing hearing in one ear, told in three acts: Normality, Duo, and Mono.

Partnering with .playground.creative , we produced the visuals for a show built on illusion, atmosphere, and impact. Using triggered via the lighting console, we were able to sync real-world fixtures with virtual lighting, blurring the line between stage and screen. Select moments layered stylized footage of K.Flay over her live performance to create a duality between the physical and projected performer.

The show was driven by two PixelCannon media servers that powered real-time Notch scenes with Nvidia Pro GPUs and a custom TouchDesigner patch.
