Since 2023, I’ve been teaching a heels foundation & technique class that’s become incredibly close to my heart.

There’s something powerful about slowing down and returning to the fundamentals—especially in heels, where understanding your foundation is what creates both confidence and safety in your movement.

I always want my classes to feel like a space where you can slow down, understand your body, refine your lines, and build a strong foundation before jumping into choreography.

But I sometimes feel like 90 minutes just isn’t enough to cover everything I want to share and work on with you.
So I’m finally creating the space I’ve been thinking about. 🖤

Heels Foundation & Technique Intensive
May 23–24 | 1–4PM (6 hours total)
Location: The Industry Dance Academy - 15040 Oxnard St Sherman Oaks, CA 91411

Across 6 hours of training, we will explore the fundamentals of heels, including walking, lines, and weight transfer, while building a strong technical base. Dancers will also be introduced to the essentials of heels choreography and performance, focusing on presence, musicality, and embodiment.

Make You Mine -Behind The Scenes-
I’ve been finding joy in bringing something I create in my head - ‘an imagination’ into real life. 🪽🦋

Once a dancer, always a dancer. I will always love performing. But I’ve discovered that I also enjoy being behind the camera. It opens up a whole new vision. It taught me how to be patient. It’s fun to learn something new every time I create.

I want to thank everyone who took the time to watch the video! 🥹🩷

And thank you to the camera team and for capturing what happens behind the scenes. I’m usually not great at documenting those moments, so I’m really happy to have these memories that I can look back on.

Lastly, a huge thanks and big shoutout to these dancers who made everything easy and smooth—which is not an easy thing to do in pumps! Love my girls!!! 🇯🇵🥹
