“We were lucky to have a friend and fan in Bill who loved our demo tape which I financed with some royalty money from The Three O’Clock. Bill wanted to put out a single of two songs, ‘We Could Just Die’ and ‘The Truth This Time.’ He had had success with his own band White Flag and the all-star Tater Totz which featured members of Redd Kross and a host of others including myself.
