i went on tour with ._.nel to film and photograph and it was soo sick!! tunnel’s record Vanilla features my sweet Natasha, D. Saperstein, and legendaryyyy punk drummer of Fugazi . so surreal and the EP is incredible. all the gratitude - more to come!!

today is one month of im trying to let you in!!!!
this project took me over a year to make and i’m glad i actually did it and gave it to the world. i made it because i was so sick of feeling ashamed of my feelings following a lifetime of trauma and i know no matter what you have or haven’t been through, we all navigate shame in our own special little ways 🙃 i am so sick of of the dormant part of my brain habitually telling me i’m too soft too stupid too talentless to try. i have come to believe rebirthing our unconscious into something collaborative, expressive, fluid and aware is a huge gateway to coping with the cumulation of our evolving minds and the strange world we live in. true emotional growth comes from the ability to shift our perspectives. i’m so tired of every meme about su***de like it’s not a big deal to feel like that. we can fu***ng do this yall. i promise you. thank you for chatting with me about what it means to you and making space. i can’t wait to keep talking. thank you for being here on the planet today and spending some of your precious time with me. more 2 come!!
