Deja Freakin’ Vu! Got lucky last month. This week the fire looked a lot closer. Yep. It was indeed closer, and the land between it and me a helluva lot drier, so… Stayed awake Tuesday night to monitor the situation by binging Season 2 of Love On The Spectrum (Absolutely adored Connor! That dude was the BEST!) until the planned power outage took effect. Woke up Wednesday to a bunch of concerned messages I could not reply to. 5G is garbage in the best of times, but my family and friends are amazing always! ❤️ Felt it was best to get outta Dodge - in the very least to save the $200 in provisions I bought at Erewhon the night before (5 items not pictured 😂!) … Drove to friends’ house to plan next move. Love you & who fed and caffeinated me while accurately illustrating the chaos of the times via latte art! I had tickets to see Fri in San Diego so I decided to head down early to beat the potentially forthcoming mass exodus of Angelinos. Ya know, when forced to make quick pragmatic decisions regarding what to take with, it’s surprising what you can live without! Doesn’t hurt to upgrade your insurance policy though! 😅 Thursday another fire broke out apparently started by some dude named Kenneth (jk) and now my house was sandwiched between two raging fires! Definitely a goner now! But instead of another sleepless night refreshing the news and social media every minute, I chose to stay in the present. It was out of my control anyway, and season 3 of LOtS isn’t out yet, but moreover, I was alive and out of harm’s way! And if you are reading this ridiculously long babbling post - So are you! Soon the fires will be gone, and probably most of our stuff, but WE will still be standing! Alive to create a new day. I love you! Be safe!

Thank You not only has given me access to a deeper, more meaningful relationship to music, but also to my body and my job! As an , I can easily spend 60 hours a week cutting at a computer, not to mention the numerous side projects and the 20+ games of I have going on at any given moment (user: Stu Pitt - hit me up ;) ) Needless to say, I also have a relationship with Repetitive strain injuries. Since taking up gloving, my hands and fingers have become stronger and more flexible, I'm acquiring a level of dexterity I didn't think was possible, and I can edit for much longer without fatigue!
