Build an insect character to parade around to welcome Summer in our upcoming Plaster Insect workshop with Teaching Artist .moreeva on Sundays June 7, 14, 21, and 28

Design and craft large-scale plaster insect heads that you will don as costume wear for a “Farewell to Spring” performance on the last day of class. Equal parts construction and performance art based, this unique workshop can’t be missed. Designed for adults and teens ages 13+. $250, all materials included.

Mixed Media Sketching will dive into how to explore gouache, watercolor, ink, wax pastels, and colored pencils to create colorful studies in your sketchbook. Intro to Watercolor is all about building introductory watercolor skills to create portraits, landscapes, and still life paintings.

You will create portraits, landscapes, and botanical studies while learning how to use water and color harmoniously, brush techniques, use of negative space, color, and how to capture light and shade.
