Dover Street Market hasn’t forgotten its American fans after all. Following a Europe-only run of its coveted Market Market sale last year, DSM is finally bringing the archive blowout back stateside, this time landing in Los Angeles instead of New York. The first-ever edition, titled Market Market: Message Market, opens May 8 at Mica Studios, packed with up to 70% off pieces from brands spanning Prada, Stüssy, Kiko Kostadinov, The Row, Nike, and loads of COMME des GARÇONS.
Like past DSM sales, the sneaker section is expected to be chaos in the best way, while CDG’s sprawling universe of Play staples and runway oddities should be especially deep. Tickets are being released in waves to help avoid the infamous lines, but the spirit of the sale remains the same: go in curious, expect surprises, and maybe leave with a grail you forgot existed.
