Episode 2: Strengthening your Intuition and Opening your Third Eye
In today's episode, I harnessed spirits of the Earth, powers of nature and psychic energies to increase intuition and open the Third Eye, which has been suffocating behind that lid, wanting to be enlivened and set free to allow new perspectives and revelations into your life.
Unlocking your natural ability to intuition, many aspects of life can enhance your life and facilitate further spiritual progression. Same with opening you third eye. The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra. Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it is the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye chakra is driven by the principle of openness and imagination. Strengthening your intuition, opening your third eye , will bring you clarity, concentration, enlightening and consciousness.
Spell
1.) Gather your ingredients
a) Purple candle
b) Any Third eye essential oil (to scent candle when
hot)
i) (my choice) lavender
c) Drawstring bag
d) Amethyst stone
e) Herbs(loose-leaf dried)
ii) (my choice) rosemary
2.) Cast your circle
-A magical circle is an energetic construct that you build or envision around yourself before working magic, doing a ritual, or sometimes even meditating.
A circle serves two main purposes:
i) It provides protection: you cast it with the intention that only positive and beneficent energies may enter or dwell within. This way, when you open yourself up to the energetic realm, you need not worry about picking up any energies or currents that are not for your truest good.
ii) It serves as a container for your personal energy as well as the energy you conjure. Your power as a magical practitioner is clarified and magnified by the circle, sort of like a megaphone, or putting a cell phone in a cereal bowl to amplify its speaker.
3.) Drop a few drops of your lavender essential onto the candle.
4.) Light the candle
5.) Grab your bag and place a pinch of herbs in the bag while chanting “with these herbs, I increase my dreams and therefore my intuition. I open my third eye.” Repeat this for as long as you want.
6.) Now grab your amethyst stone, place it in the bag in your right hand and take your left hand and go in your circular clockwise motion over your right hand and chant “open my third eye goddess, bless me with your sight.” Repeat this for as long as you want.
7.) Now tie up the bag and place it in the palm of your hands. Close your eyes and imagine your third eye opening.
8.) When you feel it is time, state “so mote it be.”
9.) Release your circle
10.) Place the bag underneath the pillow tonight.
Before bed, do a guided meditation to enter a sleep or lucid dream.
