Exciting News! 🎶 🎶

Today we're excited to announce that we've signed an LOI to negotiate a merger with eResonate, a live music streaming company founded by industry veterans Jeffrey Yapp (Viacom and Cablevision) and Doc McGhee (Manager, KISS and Bon Jovi), among others. eResonate has built a robust live streaming network which, when combined with our current product and member base, will launch the new company as a major player in music and media tech.

The envisioned ad-supported model is an innovative solution to the challenges faced by millions of musicians worldwide to grow their fan bases and earn a living. And it has the potential to make Gigmor a household name.

We're back from our super successful showcase at SXSW last week where we featured 6 great bands from the US, Australia and Canada. All pitched to us by top agencies like WME, CAA and Wasserman. Going to SXSW is always a great opportunity to get out of the office and experience in person how hungry musicians are to perform and grow their fan base. It reinforces that we're serving a real need for millions of artists!

Our next event is in LA on March 26 at The Stowaway Downtown, the first in a series of monthly Gigmor Presents shows. Our first couple of shows will be free but will still use Gigmor Tickets so we can collect fan data.

We're developing a model to scale our network by combining digital marketing with local events in major cities and national opportunities like SXSW.
