I’m no top chef in the kitchen but I can make one helluva tiny ass triple chocolate peppermint cake for special folks in my life.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE CAKE! And good ones are hard to come by! The cake should be moist and tender with a rich, velvety crumb, layered with silky ganache, and topped with a glossy glaze that melts into decadent indulgence with every bite. SIMPLE right?
