WE’RE MOVING! After 3 wonderful years in Midcity, PSLA is moving to Chinatown once again! Our new address is 1019 N Broadway, located above Human Resources Gallery and Pho87. Starting October 1st, ALL CLASSES will be hosted at our Broadway location. This space is our temporary home while we look for a new permanent studio. We’re still offering the same classes, commission and programming, plus lots of onsite parking :). More information about classes, open studio, and membership coming soon! 
This is a temporary space, and we plan to be here for an undetermined amount of time, that may last between 6 months to 1 year. Please note that unfortunately, this space is NOT accessible as it requires going up stairs to access. We understand that these inaccessible components limit our capabilities to welcome all communities safely and are committed to ensuring accessibility when we move into our more permanent studio!

New date announcement! We are so excited to be offering this Queer + Trans centered Mending Workshop and hope you will join us 🩵🩷🤍

In this 4 hour workshop we will go over basic hand stitches, common tools used and the entire process of hemming by hand.
Folks are encouraged to bring at least 1 Top and 1 Bottom (the clothing kind) to work on. 

All materials will be provided, including a mini sewing kit you take home with you 🪡
This is a beginner friendly class so no experience is needed! It is also a maskrequired event so please keep that in mind, we will have extra masks at the door just in case! (There will also be a midway break for outdoor snacking if anyone needs)
