In the 70's I liked Dietrich so I read about her "Butterfly Shadow" technique which I thought that in the long run it hurt her by her living in the shadows too much:: in general, the light is held above and shining down at a 15° angle which eccentuates the nose and brow with an encircled shadow • I knew a littl about, but became committed in Carole Landis about 2010, later, I noticed that this "technic" would probably fit Landis also • Carole Landis has the recesive brow and less "deep set" than MD and has a serious demenor which alows shadowing of her full features ☆
