B.R.I.D.G.E offers intensive playwriting and acting programs to communities around the globe. Children, professional artists and community members build relationships with one another as they come together to create theatre. Children learn to use their imaginations to collaboratively create their own plays. In a culminating production, staged readings of their work inspire dialogue within the comm
unity, as the unique voices of their youth are brought out into the world. Youth participants also perform a play written by previous B.R.I.D.G.E participants from another country, providing a unique opportunity for global exchange. Through this rare forum, communities have a chance to explore the differences and similarities between other cultures and their own. Utilizing art and creativity as our common bond, B.R.I.D.G.E bridges people together, from one side of the globe to the other.
