NON-UNION COMMERCIAL CASTING CALL - LOS ANGELES
Filming Dates: One day on November 1,2, or 3

Storyline: This is for a Major Electronics Company and centers on a relatable, authentic family whose warmth and humor make them instantly likable. The story follows their frustration with a lackluster TV and the joyful upgrade they experience after purchasing a new, high-performance model on Black Friday. The improved color, sound, and picture quality—along with its advanced smart features—transform their viewing experience.

DAUGHTER: Open ethnicity, 11-16. Average height and build, expressive face. Curly, straight, or natural hair should fit the family’s look. She’s clever, sharp, spunky and expressive. Rate is $500.

SON: Open ethnicity, 11-16. On the taller side for his age, slim or athletic build. Should look like he’s just starting to grow into a teenager, some swag but still a little awkward. He’s confident, maybe slightly cocky about his gaming setup. Rate is $500.

MOM: Open ethnicity, 30s-40s. Medium build, hair should reflect her background (natural curls, straight, or wavy depending on ethnicity). She should look like someone who juggles parenting and home life with ease. Rate is $500.

DAD: Open ethnicity, 40s-50s. Slightly stocky build, clean-cut or neatly groomed facial hair optional. Should have a “dad-next-door” type energy, approachable and expressive. Rate is $500.

Commercial Description: In this fast-paced, first-person commercial, we follow a college student navigating the highs and lows of a single chaotic day. Told entirely through her point of view, the spot captures moments of stress, surprise, and relief as she moves from late-night cramming to a lecture hall, a messy art club meeting, and finally, a well-earned moment of rest. Throughout, the major tech brand devices are subtly but powerfully present—quietly solving problems and elevating everyday experiences.

LEAD COLLEGE STUDENT (PRINCIPAL): Female. Open ethnicity. A college student, modern Gen Z energy. The camera follows her POV through a chaotic but uplifting day of college life. The ideal talent should be expressive with hands and voice (for VO), as much of the performance is action/movement. A strong sense of humor, charisma, and your typical commercial cheer/happy smiles are great characteristics too! The talent will read internal monologue pieces, in relatable Gen Z tone, such as: “Where have you been the whole time?” “Oh wow this tree is massive.” “No way that actually worked.” $1000/day

COLLEGE STUDENTS (BACKGROUND): Open gender, open ethnicity. 18-25. College students. Looking for expressive, diverse performers to bring this charming but chaotic student group to life. Background actors may be featured doing one or more of the following: Drawing – Calm, creative energy, focused. Arguing – Big gestures, comedic chaos. Eating – Low-key, casual, background performer. $200/day

COLLEGE PROFESSORS (BACKGROUND): Open gender, open ethnicity, 40s-60s. College professors in the background around campus and in the classroom. Non-speaking. They are there to help build the authentic college world and classroom of 2025. $200/day

Project Synopsis: This is a photo/video commercial for an unannounced and confidential Kennel Club. The content includes a variety of lifestyle vignettes, each representing a different type of dog-owner during daily activities with his/her/their pet(s).

Additional Notes: Dogs will be on set. Talent should be comfortable with animals. All dogs will have handlers present.

Work Requirements: Talent must be local to Atlanta, GA. Talent does NOT need to have their own dogs. *Talent must be comfortable with animals. No dog allergies, please. Talent is not required to have or bring their own pets. Dogs are booked through production*
