Joe Jordan is a semi-retired multi-hyphenate theatrical artisan returning to 660 N Heliotrope after being a fixture of Sacred Fools Theater Company some 20-odd years ago. Fans of L.A.’s small theater scene might remember his skyscraperish figure from Dracula, a Musical Nightmare, Gorey Stories, or countless appearances in the late-night hit Serial Killers.

HUMANS! This Saturday, June 13 at 5 PM , we have a new special Guest Star in NILBOG! For one performance only, Kirsten Vangsness () will be playing SHERIFF GENE FREAK! You do not want to miss this one! 🧌🌽

Kirsten is the host of BITS A monthly creativity salon at Theatre of Note that is celebrating its third year anniversary on June 27. She has a YouTube show “Kirsten’s Agenda” to get our hands in the clay of creating a Los Angeles we can all be proud of by learning how to participate in local civics. As a playwright, she premiered her new play Outdated at Hollywood Fringe and has a new play coming out in July at NOTE. She plays Tech kitten Penelope Garcia on Criminal Minds and she’s Selena Gomez’ boss Professor McFigglehorn on Beyond Wizards of Waverly Place. Kirsten is a recipient of a Human Rights Campaign Visibility Award and she has a monkey enclosure named after her at the Wildlife Learning Center.
