The Spoken Poem

The Spoken Poem open mic poetry Every Third Thursday At M Street Coffee! Yes, it's official. We will be a regular event in Sherman Oaks! We now welcome singers as well.

We will begin with 15 poets who have pre-registered, each reciting 2 to 3 poems (or about 5 minutes each.) If we have time, we will invite poets at the event who have not signed up to recite and give our readers an opportunity to read additional poems. You can just show up and sign up that evening. Bring your ukulele, guitar, or accordion, and sing us a ditty or two!
