Among of the 3 World Class Talented Filipino Artist who portrayed the role of Maria Clara Delos Santos in Tanghalang Pilipino’s Noli Me Tangere The Musical.

MONIQUE WILSON - a Kim’s Miss Saigon original cast, a Filipina Singer, and women’s right activist.

REGINE VELASQUEZ - Philippine actress/ singer and considered as one of the most influential figures in Philippine popular culture. She is also called as the Asia’s Songbird.

CRIS VILLONCO - is a Filipino performing Artist credits include performance in theater, television, film, recording and advertisements. She is the granddaughter of the late Armida Siguion-Reyna.

Noli Me Tangere |The Musical is a Filipino Musical is based on the novel of our National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal. Cultural Center of the Philippines’ Tanghalang Pilipino with 3 great men of Arts combined their talents to produce this world class theater musical. Nonon Padilla’s did the Original direction, National Artist for Literature Bienvenido Lumbera (script) and National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab (music).

The Original Cast’s Crisostomo Ibarra were portrayed by John Arcilla, Miguel Vera and Audie Gemora. While Monique Wilson, Gigi Posadas and Regine Velasquez played the role of Maria Clara. Padre Damaso were Bodjie Paacua and Bernardo Bernardo. Nanette Inventor and Shiela Francisco portrayed Doña Victorina. Other prominent talented actors also portrayed Don Tiburcio, Kapitan Tiago, Padre Salvi, Sisa, Tia Isabel, Leproso and Elias.

2 version of direction were done by Tanghalang Pilipino 2005 and 2011 respectively. 2011 characters were done by Gian Magdangal, Mark Bautista and Cris Villonco.

The Musical was brought to the US in 2 successful runs in 2013 & 2015 and It was made possible by Miguel Vera and Priscilla Salud. This original direction re-run were directed by Olga Natividad and Mate Espina and musical direction
by Nenen Espina. Most of the original cast were part of this US re-runs. Ibarra played by Miguel Vera, Maria Clara by Kit Navarro, Padre Damaso by Joji Isla, Padre Salvi were Ariel Dayanghirang and Nilo Alcala, Elias played by Joey Uytiepo, Kapitan Tiago was Joseph Gelito, Doña Victorina was Annie Nepomuceno and Don Tiburcio was Bacci Garcia. Sisa were Angela Garcia and Jescel Mae Llamado-Esteban, Tia Isabel was Alma May Dalida-Hackett and Leproso was played by Jack Ross Campano.
