We're building a team of 12 Youth Artists to work with professional artists in a two week workshop to gather stories about mask traditions and to design, create and perform masks and costumes for the Festival.
Help us buy snacks, clay, fans, and pay our young artists to enrich themselves and our city!

Calling young artists in Watts!
Are you Interested in learning about mask traditions, designing, creating and performing masks and costumes for the 2017 Ancestor Mask Festival in Leimert Park?
Of course you are!
We're looking for a team of 12 Youth Artists (age 15-25) to attend a two week workshops doing just that!

Workshops:

Youth Arts team members will be paid a $100 stipend and will receive certificates and community service credit for their work.
