one of the more heartbreaking moments I’ve witnessed was when Barry Gibb said that he would trade all his hits just to have his brothers back… I have shot various cautionary tales of success, but this tragic admission hit the room unexpectedly. As we were rolling, I assumed that this would be something I would witness and digest — and would surely never make it into the finished film. I was wrong. And told us that evening that it would be in the film.
