Sharing IMPACT through the voices of the students who experienced it.

For 2026 Los Angeles IMPACT Alum Bryan Rector, the experience showed him that “there are levels to the game,” while also teaching him the importance of continuing to move forward when mistakes happen.

Beyond the lessons learned, it was the belief and encouragement he received along the way that stayed with him:

Behind every IMPACT student is a mentor helping them see what’s possible. 💙

Our Executive Mentor Program gives students the opportunity to learn directly from leaders across sports and entertainment, ask real questions, work through real projects, and build relationships that can continue far beyond the program itself.

These mentors don’t just share what they know. They give their time, perspective, and support to help students better understand the industry and where they might fit within it.

We’re incredibly grateful to the executives who invested in our 2026 Los Angeles cohort and helped make mentorship such a meaningful part of the IMPACT experience.

From IMPACT to making an impact in the industry. 👏

IMPACT alumni Hayden Benham and Finn Marshall recently took on hands-on roles at Reach Capacity’s Sports Salon at BMO Stadium, a curated evening held around an LAFC match that brought together leaders across sports, business, and community.

Hayden supported guests and clients and helped execute the event behind the scenes. Finn was trusted to document the evening through photo and video, creating content that Reach Capacity is now using publicly.

The night also brought another IMPACT connection full circle. Evan Flagg, Founder of Reach Capacity and a previous IMPACT guest speaker, has spoken with our students about making the most of industry opportunities and taking ownership when they come. At Reach Capacity, he puts that same message into practice by trusting young professionals with real responsibility.

At IMPACT, our goal is to prepare young professionals to step into sports and entertainment spaces ready to contribute. We love seeing that continue beyond the program.

We’re proud to see Hayden and Finn continuing to build on their IMPACT experience and grow within the sports and entertainment industry. 💙

Our 2026 Los Angeles IMPACT alumni are looking ready for what’s next! ✨📸

A huge thank you to Sandey Tenuto (Sandra Tenuto Photography ) for generously providing professional headshots for our Los Angeles cohort and helping each student put their best foot forward as they continue building their careers. We’re so grateful for your time, talent, and support of the next generation of industry professionals.

This cohort brought so much energy, ambition, curiosity, and talent to IMPACT. We are incredibly proud of everything they accomplished throughout the program. Many of our alumni are already taking exciting steps in the sports and entertainment industry, and we can’t wait to see where their careers take them next. This is only the beginning! 💫
