Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit turnover process and renovation tracking.

• Schedule lease renewals with a focus on resident retention.

• Enforce house rules and company policies.

• Coordinate marketing, advertising, and property presentation.

• Manage service contracts for various vendors and monitor the quality of work performed.

Last week's Wellness Wednesday saw a good turn out, so we're doing it again 😁

Kenmore Commons is hosting Wellness Wednesday 10/7 at 12pm. This week we’re going to be talking about “Feeding the Brain and Reading.” Bookworm or not, this is a chance to get to know your neighbors and share what books you're currently reading or text from the past that have stuck with you. With all that's going on in the world, books are a great way to take a healthy break from reality in a fictional world or a way to focus on self-improvement and skill building. The options are endless!
