This last season of the year, I’ve fallen in love with Queens Passage Spiced Rum by

Spiced Rum; made with bakers grade molasses and whole spices of cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, and a hint of orange.

Cake; start with almond flour, almond milk, cage-free brown eggs, and banana.

Rum sauce; Spiced Rum, sliced variety of seasonal pears, one honey crisp apple sauté in a pan with homemade pear liqueur.

Mix cake mix pour into a lightly grape seed oil pan, scoop Spiced Rum sauce in the middle, sprinkle walnuts & raisins, and bake @ 350 for 50-55 minutes.

Literally a loaded cake!
