Appears to be Acylic on paper. (Probably 93-97) Not dated.

Not actively for sale, but feel free to inquire. Offers are always welcome. It was impossible to live through the 90s, without seeing her and Amber Valletta on every fashion magazine. Blue certainly loved painting beautiful models and as she is a 90s supermodel, this must have been painted shortly before his death in January 1998. I was grateful to find it last year.

Shalom Harlow (born December 5, 1973) is a Canadian model who began her career in the early 1990s, and by the end of the decade was at supermodel status. In 2007, Forbes listed her as thirteenth in the list of the World's Top-Earning Supermodels.[2] She has also appeared in films such as In & Out (1997) and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003) and hosted MTV's House of Style alongside fellow model Amber Valletta.

Robert D. Blue Supermodel Paulina Porizkova in Bathing Suit c. 1990

Pencil sketch on heavy rag paper. Signed lower right in red marker in his signature style. The exact year & title unknown, but I have a references of a Paulina I previously posted to 1990, and I a drawing of Porizkova Blue signed dated 1992.

This is probably a study work in progress. It is more bare bones for Blue, yet you can definitely see Paulina. This one came in slightly imperfect condition, but gorgeous just the same.

She is now spoken for. But, if you are looking for rare Blue art to purchase, I still have a few available. I buy Blue. I collect Blue and I sell Blue. Got an original art to sell? Contact me privately please.

Robert Blue original supermodel Cindy Crawford mixed media painting 23" x 22" Heavy Rag paper. c. 1989

Signed lower right in Blue's signature style. Exact year and title are unknown, but Blue released a carbograph print of Cindy Crawford which he tried to disguise and titled "Katrina" in 1989. He was definitely painting Cindy and other supermodels during this period. Also see the Paulina Porizkova art I've already posted. This Cindy Crawford is beautiful! Signature Blue hair, red lips, and zig zag brows. Totally 80s love.

Cindy was definitely a big influence on my teenage years, and I've had the pleasure of meeting her a couple times and yes, she is just as gorgeous in life... even more so. In my opinion was one of the greatest models of my generation.

The 2026 New Year keeps giving and I have another treat to share today. Check out this awesome Robert Blue original watercolor for "April". c. 1988. The watercolor is 17" x 22" on heavy rag art paper. Sorry folks, she is not available.

The final "April" painting was released as a limited edition serigraph by Robert D. Blue as part of his "Blue Girl" series, c. 1988. Limited to 285 signed and numbered in the regular edition, which included 35 Artist Proofs and 15 remarques. The original which is simply a scan here was signed bottom right. The image is 27" x 20" so somewhat smaller than his standard release. Do you have any original Blue art to sell? Or are your looking to purchase something special. Get on my list! Watercolor on 22" x 30" Heavy Rag paper. Signed lower right in his signature style. Exact year and title unknown, but I found the reference for Paulina. It was late 80s, early 90s. I have another drawing dated 1992 he did of her already in my posts dated 1992. She is in Excellent condition!

The "Ashley" painting was released as a limited edition serigraph by Robert D. Blue as part of his "Blue Girl" series, c. 1988. Limited to 285 signed and numbered in the regular edition, which included 35 Artist Proofs. Blue printed 15 remarques, of which I have yet to see. The image is 18.5" x 29" so somewhat smaller than his standard release. Do you have any original Blue art to sell? Please private message me. The serigraph yellow is slightly brighter than as seen in this postcard image. I will post some photos on the group soon.

Robert D. Blue original artwork from his Gina Sitting Pretty Series (NSFW) 1997.

Mixed media on 37" x 27.75" heavy rag paper. The image is in Blue's created Margin about 2" around. Gina is about 28" x 18".

Blue signed in his RARE full signature with an arrow heading up bottom left in 1997, knowing his time with us was very limited. He succumbed to brain cancer January 1998. Exact title unknown, but right before his passing he did several of this young lady Gina as commissions (I own one of the oils as well). I am told she lived in San Luis Obispo. I would love to find her.
