As you get older, you begin to understand something you once didn’t want to accept.

Not everyone who enters your life is meant to stay.

Some people come only to teach you a lesson.

Sometimes, a very expensive one.

One that costs you your trust.
Your peace.
Your tears.
Your sleepless nights.

In those moments, you curse the day you met them.

You ask yourself:

“Why me?”
“Why did they do this to me?”
“Why did I trust them?”

But years later, you start seeing it differently.

Because if it weren’t for those people…

You would have never learned how to set healthy boundaries.

You would have never learned to tell the difference between words and actions.

You would have never realized that not every smile comes from a place of kindness.

And not everyone who says, “I’m here for you,” will still be there when life gets dark.

The people who disappointed you often became your greatest teachers.

Sometimes even more than the ones who always treated you well.

Kindness brings peace.

But pain brings wisdom.

As hard as that may sound…

It is because of every disappointment, every betrayal, and every difficult experience that you have become wiser.

Stronger.

More aware.

That’s why I no longer regret my mistakes.

I don’t regret the people who walked away.

I don’t even regret the ones who betrayed me.

Because every single one of them left me with something valuable.

A lesson.

Life has a strange way of working.

Either you receive what you wanted…

Or you receive the lesson you needed.

Let this day meet you where your younger self still waits in light,
Uncurled from learned disguises, standing gently in plain sight.
Come out from rooms of silence built to keep your heart unseen,
The universe greets truth itself, not who you’ve learned to be.

Let this day meet your loving heart beyond the art of doubt,
Before you learned to tuck your joy and smooth your colours out.
The child who spoke with open awe, in questions and in play,
Is still the voice the cosmos tries to answers every day.

Let this day meet you breathing free, without rehearsal planned,
No script to earn belonging, no disguise to help you stand.
The stars respond to presence, not to versions kept in line,
They lean toward the honest, raw, unguarded, and divine.

Speak softly to that smaller you who learned to disappear,
Who hid their light to stay intact, and built tall walls of fear.
Tell them they are welcome now to take up space and sound,
For nothing true is lost when that little child is found.

Let this day meet you in your laugh, your wonder, and your ease,
Not shaped to fit a narrow world that doesn't want your peace.

Deep inside each person's heart, there's a quiet longing for peace. We tend to seek smooth paths, gentle breezes, and light moments, wishing life would be kind to us. However, examining the natural world reveals a fundamental truth: a seed must break open in dark soil before it can grow toward the sun. The tallest trees aren't cultivated in quiet, protected greenhouses; they thrive in the wild, gaining strength from the fierce winds that shake their branches.

When difficult seasons arrive, it is easy to feel as though we have lost our way. We may feel tired, uncertain, and afraid of the heavy roads ahead. Your heart has carried more than it was ever meant to carry alone 🪽

So many Starseed souls walk through this world with a heart that has been broken open so many times they stopped believing it could ever feel whole again. The losses. The betrayals. The relationships that promised forever and disappeared without warning. The love you gave so completely that when it was gone it took pieces of you with it.

But here is what the Pleiadians teach about the Starseed heart.

It does not break the way ordinary hearts break.

It breaks open.

And everything that pours through that opening — the grief, the longing, the ache that has no name — is not evidence that you loved wrong.

It is evidence that you loved with your full cosmic frequency. That you brought something ancient and vast into a human experience that was never quite big enough to hold it.

Walking through life with one foot in this beautiful, animate Earth, and the other foot in the Other world. Always aware of the interplay between the two – of the way that one world affects the health of the other.
On the one hand, fully grounded, acknowledging and conversing with all the other-than-humans who share this world with us. Offering a praise poem to a tree, telling a story to a stone, sharing a joke with the Crow.
On the other hand, courting the ancient soul of the world. Listening for the Voices of the Wells, the whispers of the oracles, the voices of the ancestors.
Walking in mystery, breathing in beauty…
Knowing the path that the Fox takes through the winter wood; listening to the Old Woman who sometimes comes in our dreams. Walking in awareness of the mythopoetic undercurrents of our lives, the rich river of story and archetype which flows beneath the surface of the everyday.

For centuries, the Phoenix has carried one of mythology’s most haunting promises: that an ending can become the birthplace of something new.

Ancient Greek and Roman writers described a magnificent bird associated with the distant East, often said to live for hundreds of years. When its life approached its end, later traditions told how the Phoenix prepared its own final resting place among fragrant spices and branches.

Then came the fire.

The old Phoenix was consumed, leaving behind what appeared to be nothing more than ash.

Yet the story did not end there.

From the remains, another Phoenix emerged.

Life returned from the very place where life had disappeared.

This is why the Phoenix became such a powerful symbol of death, renewal, immortality, transformation, and rebirth. Later cultures and spiritual traditions repeatedly returned to its image whenever they needed to express something difficult to put into words: the possibility of becoming again after everything familiar has ended.

The Phoenix does not return untouched.

That matters.

Its power is not found in avoiding destruction. It lies in allowing one existence to end so another can begin.

There are moments in life that feel like this.

A relationship ends. An identity falls apart. A dream disappears. A version of yourself that once felt permanent suddenly no longer exists.

We often desperately search through the ashes trying to rebuild exactly what was there before.

The Phoenix offers another lesson.

Do not rebuild the old bird.

Become the new one.

Let the fire take what has already finished. Let the ashes hold the memory without becoming the place you remain.

The Phoenix has never been powerful merely because it rises.

It is powerful because it accepts that transformation has a price.

Something must end.

Something must burn.

Something must be released.

Then, when everyone believes there is nothing left, the ashes move.

Wings unfold.

What looked like the ending reveals itself as the beginning.
