– Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed, once more.

Rockstar Games has just shared a new update regarding Grand Theft Auto VI.

In a brief statement released today, Rockstar confirmed that the release of the game has been pushed back once again. The studio says the additional time will allow them to further polish the experience and ensure the game meets the expectations of players worldwide.

The statement reads:

“Grand Theft Auto VI will now release on Wednesday, May 26, 2027. We are sorry for adding additional time to what we realize has been a long wait, but these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.”

This marks another delay for one of the most anticipated games ever developed. As always, I’ll keep you updated if Rockstar shares any further details!

But hey, today might not be the best day to believe everything you read on the internet.. So maybe don’t throw your controller just yet. 🙃

It’s official: GTA VI is still scheduled to release on November 19, 2026 🔥

The game will be available both physically and digitally on day one. The marketing campaign for GTA 6 is expected to begin this summer. GTA Online will continue to receive updates even after GTA VI ships. 🤠

Hi, I’m Angel. 🤭

GTA Online’s new update introduced Angel : specifically designed as a “valley-girl,” “sultry”-sounding female-voiced AI assistant. Angel’s voice lines are more flirtatious and playful compared to Haviland and OG, the other two AI assistants you can choose from.

Some players find her entertaining and humorous, while others find certain lines (like calling your character “daddy/mommy”) cringe or over-the-top. You can switch to a different assistant easily if she gets old or annoying! Switching to Haviland or OG for a more refined or neutral tone is free.

A new GTA Online update is coming soon.

Rockstar Games has reached out to select GTA fan pages, hinting at a new GTA Online update landing later this month.

“Keep an eye out for information about a new GTA Online update coming later this month — more details to come,” the email reads.

Insiders suggest the update could arrive as early as Tuesday, June 17. Stay tuned.
