Last Friday, SURVIVORS wrapped our fourth year performing for 800 students at Canoga Park High School! Huge thanks to Councilmember Bob Blumenfield, Maddy Taras, and Jill Kline, Economic Development Deputy of Council District 3, for their support in funding this performance.

May is Jewish American Heritage month and SURVIVORS enacts the stories of ten Jewish Americans.

On Monday, we performed at Glendale High School, for over 500 students, for the second year in a row! 

Special shoutout to Coordinator Rebecca Mieliwocki for making these performances at the Glendale high schools possible. And thanks to our dear friends, Holocaust survivors Henry Slucki and Harry Davids for their words of wisdom during our talkback.

Yesterday we performed at Herbert Hoover High School in Glendale for the second year in a row! Thanks to our friend, Holocaust survivor, Henry Slucki for speaking after the play and encouraging the 500 tenth graders and their teachers to be upstanders to today’s antisemitism and identity hatred.

On March 27th, SURVIVORS returned to Calabasas High School for our 4th consecutive year! Thanks to Assistant Principal Katie Booth, Ellen Unt, and Robyn Pope! We debuted the West Coast Tour of SURVIVORS here back in 2023. and since then, we have impacted thousands of students from Irvine to Santa Barbara.

SURVIVORS is honored to return to the Museum of Tolerance for a FREE public performance! 📣

Join us to commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day and to honor our local Holocaust survivors through this enlightening play about hate, hope, and courage.

The performance runs an hour long, and is followed by a 30 minute talkback with the cast, playwright, and local survivors.
