Our first issue of The IV // Winter Issue 2024 is now out on ivvizn.com! 🫧💎 The first issue authored by focus on our founder/CEO .iv , as he launches Era IV to the world. With this new vision being a cluster of new ideas and risks for the company, Jewel is talking a different approach and expanding into the auditory field of music and sound. With almost two years in the making, Era IV has officially surfaced to the world. Our founder/CEO Jewel IV takes the cover of the first issue of our rebranded online publication. Our new SVP of Content and Operations, Sarah McVicker has been named the publication’s Editor-In-Chief and will be curating all issues in house with other IV collaborators and staff members. “The IV” will not only be available online, but also available for purchase beginning Spring 2024. The full cover story of the 2024 Winter issue will be released Monday, March 4th on ivvizn.com. We look forward to sharing a new wave of content curated from the source of Vision. Welcome to the beginning of Era IV. 🫧

From our Editor-In-Chief✨

I believe every creative endeavor sets out to accomplish a goal as does life. Being creative is the fuel to life and when I’m not being creative I’m not living to my fullest potential. Whether I choose to be creative with my hands through painting or pottery or what I might consider my natural talent of writing I make it a daily practice to be creative in some kind of way. Not only do I believe creativity is fuel but knowledge and knowledge is power. Creativity akin to knowledge is something that no one can take away from you. Creativity is your stamp on the world you live in. Knowledge within creativity is acknowledging the stages we go through as imaginative and revolutionary vessels. It’s learning the history of our craft along with strapping up our boots to take risks and try new things.

In this issue, we set out to highlight some of the important figures and films that live in their creativity as you’ll read in “Breaking Barriers and Unleashing Creativity: The Journey of Black Filmmakers” which celebrates and brings awareness to some of the unique ways that other creatives are taking their own risks and blazing their own trails. Along with exploring what auditory creativity means in our Artist Spotlight Session with new artist Jewel IV as he grows into a new phase that expands his openness to life’s potential and steps into his truth with his upcoming projects in “The Evolution of Vision and the Prelude to Era IV.”

I hope you feel encouraged as you read to open yourself up to life’s possibilities and reignite your creative side as you take inspiration from these humble and honest pieces. Enjoy!
