✨ Beloved community, are you ready to welcome the abundance that is your birthright? ✨
's cup overflows with gratitude to once again partner with artist, illustrator, and educator to present a workshop dedicated to excavating and transforming our relationship with a key tool of the current world.... MONEY 💰
I don't know about y'all, but I've *definitely* internalized some counterproductive, limiting, and scarcity-minded ideas about this resource! I'm thinking about intergenerational wealth and how transcending class barriers can feel so impossible compared to the opportunities some of our forebears had.... And what stories do we tell ourselves, as creatives? As activists? As folxs longing and actively working to dismantle the insidious violence of capitalism?
How can we create room to breathe and recieve abundance with all these stories swirling in our chests?
What if... Recieving abundance allows us to also give more abundantly?
What if scarcity is a figment? Or materially different than we had imagined?
As Yumi says "it is also absolutely important to... Face our money demons, define our true values of abundance, and become our best advocate for our wellbeing...which can then have a beneficial impact on ourselves and the communities that we belong in."
