Martin Kemler, one of the great performers and super Prince fan, responds to the positive reviews of his performance:

This post is the most awesome compliment. Thank you. The only way I can pay tribute to my idol is to sing. And try to do him justice .. And maybe along the way help people be able to continue to njoy the live experience of his music. He can never be replaced but he can never be forgotten. I think that's one of the things that made me the saddest when he passed. That feeling that I was able to enjoy 18 times in my life in hearing him perform live in a concert... I will never be able to experience again. But if I can give 1/10 of that experience to other fans…That makes me feel good and honestly it's a type of therapy, selfishly, for me.
He is so missed.

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office released a report today. Prince died from an accidental overdose of the painkiller fentanyl.

So sad that it may have been preventable, had only someone intervened instead of facilitating his needs, such a shame that this amazing bright talent was extinguished well before its time.

A law-enforcement official says that tests show Prince died of an opioid overdose. The 57-year-old singer was found dead April 21 at his Paisley Park estate.

Prince's former Night club, Glam Slam (now 333Live) is in DTLA. It will be reopened in all its purple glory for this show which is going to be amazing with many surprises.... Party Like it's 1999 !

There will be many tributes in his honor and I know he would have his opinion, but most important music is an expression and that's what he would say... Good or Bad!
We're all heartbroken and have a right to celebrate his life.
Our tribute is to keep doing what Prince wanted us to do... Be ourselves!
