His work is a little macabre for me but I appreciate the chiaroscuro

Fun fact: my favorite class in high school was AP Art History and for a while I thought I might want to be an art museum curator 🤭 I’ve considered so many career goals in my life and I’m still figuring it all out! For me it’s been incredibly challenging to establish which of my passions are related to my purpose, if any. Do you think our purpose is pre-determined or do we decide? I go back and forth between asking God /the universe and trusting myself to decide what the heck all my eager energy is meant for

On film by the amazing 🎞️ I look a little angry in #4 but I swear I was vibin! This was such a fun quick shoot 📸

I met Dana while out and about and connected with her great energy before I learned she’s a talented photographer. I’m thrilled we finally did a shoot together! These shots were taken on an old-school film camera and I’m excited to show you the other looks we captured on it too - even more retro 💾

We shot in digital too, but I’m loving the nostalgic feel of film! I’m actually sitting on about 5 rolls of film from disposable cameras I used in elementary school, think I should film a youtube video reacting to them being developed? 😂🫣

Happy Friday! Somehow this week got away from me — I’m determined not to let that happen EVER again ;) Learning to master my time and schedule has been a life-long process, but in the past month I’ve made some strides. Still a long way to go. Please comment or DM any books that have helped you with prioritization and time management — I have too many goals and interests and I feel a sense of urgency in making progress on them. Must fit more hours into my day asap 🤪 Meanwhile it’s already almost 11am rn! What time is it where you are and are you feeling as behind as I am?

Wow wow wow guys. So much to say about my current chapter & mindset and what it’s taken to get here. I’ve been trying to decide where to say it — for now I’ve decided to share my writing with my subscribers on my free private page. I figure I can use that space as a place to get more intimate and share whats going on in this manic mind of mine when I share the modeling shots I’m too nervous to post on IG. I’ve been writing so much lately and it seems a shame not to share

Not my hat or my chair but I think they suit me well

Its Holy Friday! Happy Easter weekend guys, what a week it’s been for me. So many high moments coupled with very sad ones. I’m enjoying the start of an incredible new chapter, but then I lost my lola (grandma) at the ripe age of 101. She was an inspiring woman. I wish I knew her better. There was a language barrier between us, but now I realized how silly that is call a barrier. I realize now that I could and should have taken more initiative. I could make a list of reasons it was difficult to see her, but I’m mostly sad because even a final zoom call or facetime would have been a memory I’d cherish. One last look in her eyes (where my mom says I got mine) and maybe a smile !

We live, and hopefully we learn. I’m learning. If you can’t see them, consider a call or facetime with the ones you love! Contact is contact.
