🚨 First images of “The Guilty” (2021) are leaked 🚨

Jake Gyllenhaal stars in "The Guilty," a remake of the 2018 Danish film of the same name. This new film which is headed to Netflix, comes from director Antoine Fuqua and writer Nic Pizzolatto. A star-studded cast with Ethan Hawke, Peter Sarsgaard, Riley Keough, and Paul Dano among others will be supporting the project! 💥

Remember Fuqua collaborated with Gyllenhaal in the boxing film “Southpaw” (2015) as his director.🔥

IT’S OFFICIAL! Obi-Wan Kenobi’s show starts production this week. One of the most anticipated TV shows in recent memory is officially underway. The special event series takes place 10 years after “Revenge of the Sith”, following Kenobi as he deals with the aftermath of his apprentice Anakin Skywalker turning to the Dark Side and becoming Darth Vader. Deborah Chow, who directed two critically acclaimed episodes of The Mandalorian, will serve as director of the series. 🤩💥

What are your thoughts on this show?

Cast includes: Ewan McGregor returns to the role of Obi-Wan, with Hayden Christensen joining as Darth Vader. Returning Star Wars cast members include Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse, who played young Owen and Beru Lars in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Newly announced cast members include Moses Ingram (The Queen’s Gambit), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick), Indira Varma (Game of Thrones), Rupert Friend (Homeland), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Den of Thieves), Sung Kang (The Fast and the Furious), Simone Kessell (Of Kings and Prophets), and Benny Safdie (Pieces of a Woman).

The original screenplay by Paul Guay and Stephen Mazur was rewritten from scratch by director Tom Shadyac and Mike Binder, with further rewrites being performed by Steve Oedekerk during filming. Though the basic concept of a man being unable to tell a lie for 24 hours and having to rebuild his relationship with his young son was retained from Guay and Mazur's draft, nearly everything else was scrapped.

Had you noticed how the word lawyer and liar sound almost the same, with just a small tweak in its vowels? 🤔

Natalie Portman revealed that director Darren Aronofsky would subtly try to put her and Mila Kunis against each other during filming in an attempt to increase the on-screen tension between their characters. This included keeping the two actresses separated during filming and sending each of them intimidating text messages about each others performance that day. However, according to Kunis, this backfired; because they were already good friends before filming, whenever they would get wind that the other one was doing really well, they would respond in congratulatory support, not rivalry.

Out of all the award nominations the film received the only category sweep was Natalie Portman winning every Best Actress category, including Golden Globe and Academy Award, in which she was nominated.

He’s back! The Mexican Maestro is back at it after a five year absence!🤩👏🏻

Alejandro González Iñárritu is now in production on his first feature film since “The Revenant,” the Los Angeles Times confirms. The newspaper describes Iñárritu’s latest as “a colossal production” filming in Mexico City and tentatively titled “Limbo.” The director wrote the film’s screenplay, which explores “the political and social modernity of Mexico.” While portions of Iñárritu’s “Babel” were filmed in Mexico, “Limbo” marks the director’s first movie shot entirely in Mexico City since his 2000 breakthrough directorial feature debut “Amores Perros.”
