NEXT WORKSHOP🧵🧘🏽‍♀️ Sunday, August 29 12:30-2:30pm in Echo Parks!
I’m so excited for this one! It’s my first event combining my 2 passions of yoga and macramé. For me creating and healing go hand in hand and that’s exactly what this workshop represents😊

Join me in this 2 hour workshop of mindful macramé! We’ll start with a sage cleansing and beginner friendly yoga flow boosting creativity, healthy hands and relieving shoulder tension. Afterwards I will be guiding you to create and design your own macramé plant hanger! I will show you how to weave intention and manifestations into your macramé!

Growth is stepping out of your comfort zone and mentally freaking out every step of the way. Growth looks like self-doubt, it looks like cleansing and purging of everything you need to let go of to become the you you’ve always imagined. It looks like old mental patterns of who you thought you were recklessly falling apart. IT LOOKS LIKE ALL OF THIS BEFORE IT LOOKS LIKE HAPPINESS, BEFORE IT LOOKS LIKE THAT PEACEFUL SMILE COMING FROM WITHIN, BEFORE IT LOOKS LIKE LOVE, BEFORE IT LOOKS LIKE EVERYTHING YOU’VE DREAMED OF.

Sometimes I forget that I don’t need to explain or prove myself to anyone. I find myself in the middle of explaining and I slowly remind myself to stop the behavior. We’re so used to having to explain ourselves with our parents, teachers, judgmental peers, that it’s hard to get out of the habit. When on a creative path or pursuing your dreams it’s so important to get out of this habit. It’s hard for me to implement this but I try! Thank you for the reminder 🌿✨

Honey🍯 turned 8 weeks today! Training is so stressful😅 but he hasn’t had any accidents in the last 3 days and we’ve had him for 7 days now! He’s now barking when he has to go🙌🏽
