Breakdown of tonight’s 120min Intensive. Wear flats (NOT heels). Focus heavily on technique for both lead and follow. Hopefully we give clear directions, if not, feel free to ask questions .. Be prepared! Get alot of rest beforehand, and try to arrive on time… I do have water, but bringing your own is preferred if you want cold water.

Suci and myself will be teaching a 120min Sensual Bachata Intensive (Int/Adv). We will be going over all the elements of Bachata as it relates to movements, connection, steps, frame, and positioning. Another huge important factor is hands/pressure and how it’s done in relation to your partner’s body. Tbh, any level can join in, it’s always how you apply the concepts that will take your dancing to the next level. Both leads and follows will be guided through this process through a fun and unique pattern/combination. Focus will be heavily on technique, but we also want to this class to apply to real-world moves.

Morenaaaa!!! Very fun and musical dancer — she’s one of the ones who gets it. She’s been a supporter of Zoukchata for a minute now, so it’s only fitting she celebrates here. Ask her to sing karaoke or dance with you!!! Can she go til 2, 3, 4 or 5AM?!?
